Development has both positive and negative meanings. The Project's work is to minimise the negative impact of so-called "dubious development" schemes that result from improper use of information and human resources. At the same time we facilitate the long-term and regionally appropriate uses of economic and human resource development that can result from the exchange of specific, local, and experiential information.
