From low-level software and device drivers to full smartphone platforms and
global launches, I have worked across the entire lifecycle of product
development. This allows me to discuss issues with both engineers and
management in concrete terms.

Having served as both project manager and general manager, I understand how
strategic goals translate into day-to-day engineering decisions—and where
misalignment often occurs. I help both sides see the same picture.

Years of working with mobile operators in Europe and Japan, as well as
experience in market-quality response, provide a realistic view of what
“good enough for launch” actually means in different markets.

Living and working in both Japanese and European environments has given me
practical insight into differences in communication style, decision-making
speed, documentation, and risk perception. I use this to prevent friction and
