ゆるやかに。
ノルウェーの国民番号が発行され、銀行口座を作ったのが２週間前。
大学の一時口座にdepositしてあったお金を自分の口座に移すようにメールで頼んだのも２週間前。
メールでの通知でも可としていたが、やっぱり書類を本人が出しにきてほしいという返事を受け取ったのが１週間前。（ここがまず遅い。）
その担当者に会えたのが今週の火曜日。ノルウェーじゃみんなすぐ休みがち。
そして今日再び担当者に尋ねると昨日（水曜日）送金したので、明日か明後日には口座に振り込まれるとのこと。（え、昨日で明日？）
国内で、しかも同じ銀行で、口座から口座にお金を移すだけで普通３日もかかるものなんですか。３日あったら、日本からノルウェーの海外送金さえできますよ。
（でも、経済のことがよくわからないせいかも知れないけど、どうしてお金って一瞬で移せないんだろう。たとえば日本から海外へといっても、現金を空輸するわけでもないのに（そうだったら、それで面白いから許すけど）、この時差は何なのだろう。）
というわけで、物事はこの国でゆるやかに流れているようです。でもそれはインドやポリネシアのように時間の感覚が違うかといえば、そういうわけではない。
エスカレーターでは日本のように、片側がとまる人用で、もう片側が歩く人用になっている。横断歩道では、赤でもどんどんわたる。バスや電車は時間通りに運行している。急ぐ場所が違うだけなのかな。それともシステムとして成立しちゃったものはどんどん進んでいくけれど、システムを構築しないでよい場所はゆるやかなままなのかな。なぞ。
