7.Source of Funds: Sem Pringpuangkeo Foundation (480,000 Baht) Budget shortfall: (1,247,200 Baht)




Objectives:


1-Establish a Childrens Network for children receiving scholarships from the Foster Parent Program.This will help children realize that they are not alone and find peer support in their own district or or province thus empowering them further to deal with their situation.



2-Support children to continue their education and attend school. Also, provide learning opportunities about their situation in society, AIDS, resources available to them so that they may learn how to help themselves first and foremost in a readily developing society.



3-Enforce and teach basic Buddhist values and Thai culture.



4-Facilitate networking and cooperation amongst support people to orphaned children: i.e.teaching,nurses,goverment officials,NGOs,etc.



5-Provide opportunities and access to resources for the future.
